Fees

Author–Presenter Fee

€375 – Allows for maximum 2 papers publication (max. 6 pages/paper), participation to papers presentations in any track, and attendance to all cultural, tourist, and culinary events included in the program.

Up to 6 pages (including figures and references) are allowed for Regular and Special Session papers. Unlimited extra pages are permissible with an additional fee (€50/page).

Participant (co-author, student, etc.) Fee

€175 – Grants access to all conference sessions and coffee breaks, without paper presentation. Ideal for co-authors, students, or general attendees interested in the event content and networking.

Important: Registration fees can only be paid via bank transfer. Payments by credit card or in cash on site are not accepted.
